My name is Sitell Patel. I am originally from Zambia and moved to the United States in 1997. I decided to move to Myrtle Beach, SC in 1998 where I met my Husband.  My husband and I have two beautiful kids, Dylan and Alisha. I have been a resident of Horry County since April 1998 and have seen it grow every day.

 

Having worked in Customer Service and Sales for a number of years, my family and I made the decision that I should work in Real Estate. I decided to join the best of best in the Industry and joined Coldwell Banker Chicora in 2009. Over the years I have strived in providing the best client services to all my clients. One of the most important things to me is Continuing Education. I have devoted time to attending advanced educational courses and taking examinations to earn these designations. I received my Accredited Buyer Agency (ABR) designation, which has trained me to provide excellent care and services to any buyer interested in purchasing real estate, and I received my Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation in 2012 and I have gained in-depth knowledge on technical subjects and fundamentals of real estate. To better serve and represent my Seller clients and future Potential Sellers, I decided to become an expert and received my Masters Designation as a Certified Negotiation Expert in 2017
